Hello, we're your co-hosts.
We are an interdisciplinary team from Delft University of Technology (TU Delft) and Stanford University focused on research in Mobility, AI, UI/UX and Human-Vehicle interaction design. While we formed our collaboration during Akshay's M.S. research thesis on 'Design of Human-Centered Conversational AI in Autonomous Vehicles', we thought it would be a great idea to take the work accomplished during his thesis project to the next step by conducting a workshop at the 2024 version of the Auto-UI conference in the Silicon Valley. So, here we are extending a kind invitation to you, for joining us and letting your creative juices to flow through a hands-on workshop on 'Designing Generative AI User Interfaces for Automobiles'.

Er. Akshay Rege
Akshay is a Design Engineer and a HCI Researcher
trained from TU Delft, Stanford University and SPA - India. He focuses on Human-AI, Human-Automobile and Human-Robot interaction design and research.
Dr. David Sirkin
David is a Research Associate at Stanford Univer-
sity’s Center for Design Research, where he focuses on design methodology, as well as the design of physical interactions between humans and robots, and autonomous vehicles and their interfaces. He teaches students how to break and
make things.
Dr. Rebecca Currano
Becky is a Research Associate at Stanford Uni-
versity’s Center for Design Research. Her focus is on design methodology, and on human-vehicle and human-robot interaction design. She has a background in understanding creativity and teaching students how to engage and expand
their engineering design skills.

Dr. Euiyoung Kim
Euiyoung is an Assistant Professor and a Co-director in the Automated Mobility Lab at TU Delft. He has a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from UC Berkeley, and his research and teaching interest involve a variety of areas of future mobility, roadmapping, human-centric research, design-driven innovation, and engineering design education.
Dr. Soyeon Kim
Soyeon is a research scientist specializing in HMI design for automated vehicles at TU Delft. She has worked with Hyundai Motors and is skilled in human-centered design, human factors, and data analysis.
